What currency are the displayed prices? 

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) 

When will I receive my order? 

Please refer to the shipping page for estimated shipping times. 

Due to covid, shipping may be delayed for certain countries. 

Do you offer tracked shipping options? 

To keep shipping costs low, we send most flat items by standard letter mail, which does not have tracking. For orders with bulkier items such as keychains and other accessories, tracked shipping is offered for orders outside of Canada. 

If you do not see a tracked shipping option at checkout and would like us to send your order with tracking, please contact us here or message us on Instagram

Can I change something in my order? 

We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please be absolutely sure before placing an order. If you need to change the mailing address, please contact us ASAP. Once the order is shipped, it is out of our control.
